These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Naturacalm mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Naturacalm LLC.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service
Naturacalm provides guided relaxation, mindfulness, and wellness audio content for general well-being purposes only.
The Service:
• Is not a medical or therapeutic service
• Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or mental health care

2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Naturacalm.
By using the Service, you confirm that:

3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for:

Naturacalm is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

6. Subscriptions & Payments (if applicable)
If the Service includes paid subscriptions:
• Fees are billed in advance
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or platform policy (Apple / Google)
• Subscription management is handled through the app store used for purchase

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding:
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or effectiveness of the content for individual results
Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naturacalm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
