This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, and refunds are handled when using the Naturacalm mobile application.
1. Subscriptions & Payments
Naturacalm may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases to access premium content.
All payments are processed through the platform used to download the app:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
Naturacalm LLC does not directly process payments or store payment information.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their respective app store account settings.
• Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing
• Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, in accordance with their policies.
Naturacalm LLC does not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
To request a refund:
• Apple users should visit: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google users should use Google Play refund options
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where required by applicable law, refunds may be considered according to the policies of the relevant app store.
