Subscriptions
Naturacalm subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective billing policies.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the platform you purchased from (Apple or Google) per their refund policies. Naturacalm does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Charges begin automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled.
